Potions are consumable items that have a temporary effect on the player. The duration of the effects can be increased when skilling certain skills such as knight's, ranger's and sentinel's Rare Mutation. The effect of potions can be increased with the skill Combat Potion Mastery, an alchemist skill.

Potions can be classified in three different tiers: vials, potions, bottles. Not every effect/type is available at each of these tiers.

Potion Overview

Potions (consumables) are items that give a temporary effect. Like scrolls, Peace increases your defense Defend.png and Rage increases your attack Attack.png. Greed and Nature are new additions.

Greed's effects are unconfirmed, but rumored to increase gold loot per battle, or increase chance of finding parts or recipes during quests.

Nature increases your Harvest level by +1 (vial) or +3 (potion), allowing an Alchemist to find rare herbs at lower levels, or a non-alchemist to temporarily find herbs (alchemy resources).

All potions last a base of 30 minutes, increased by Rare Mutation.

Vials

Brewing vials requires the skill Alchemy (Skill) at level 1, available upon player's level 20. Tier 1 herbs for vials can be found at Harvest level 1.

Vials overview
Name Effect
Vial of Rage 5% Boost to base attack (unconfirmed)
Vial of Peace 5% Boost to base defence (unconfirmed)
Vial of Greed
Vial of Nature +1 to Harvest
Exclamationmark.png While having a similiar name, the Vial of Oblivion that is available from the Shop for gems is not an alchemist's potion!

Potions

Brewing potions requires the skill Alchemy (Skill) at level 2, available upon player's level 24. Tier 2 herbs for potions can be found at Harvest skill 3.

Bottles

Brewing bottles requires the skill Alchemy (Skill) at level 3, available upon player's level 34, except for Bottle of Remedy and Bottle of Rage.

Tier 3 herbs for bottles can be found at Harvest skill 7, available up player's level 32. Bottles can then be brewed in another alchemist's shop.
