Acquisition
The Royal Shield is not sold in the Castle Shop, because it is part of the June 30th, 2018 game update update. It can only be crafted with the recipe item and the items for the recipe or by buying the finished item via auctions from other players for Pouches of Gold.
Crafting
The Royal Shield can be crafted with the skill Crafting (Skill) on level ??. This is only possible for blacksmiths, so it requires either being a Blacksmith with this skill or buying it from a Blacksmith Shop with the complete list of necessary items in the inventory.
