Description
In-game description: By mastering every technique known to mankind, you have created your own blueprints that allow you to save some materials.
Effect
In-game effect description: Advancing this skill increases the chance and the amount of materials saved while crafting.
Work to Standards gives a chance to not use a material when crafting an item, this effect also applies when another player uses the blacksmith' shop. The resources that are saved are awarded to the blacksmith who can use or sell them afterwards. There seems to be no restriction on items that this skill can work on, as Recipes or parts can be saved too.
