The exact increase in maximum gold per level is not known. The first level seems to have the greatest effect, boosting quests from a maximum of 6 gold to about 20 gold and it seems that with each additional level this maximum gets increased by around 2 gold. (observed for skill levels 6 to 9) Later on the increase on maximum gold boost per level rises, level 15 has a maximum boost of 65 gold in one quest. With increasing levels the skill also triggers more often.
