The skill Power Napping is a skill for rangers and is available upon level 24. It decreases the stamina regeneration time.

Description
In-game description: Being a mobile warrior, you are used to rest at any place under any conditions. Instantly going to sleep and making the most out of quick breaks isn't a problem for you.
Effect
In-game effect description: Advancing this skill increases speed of stamina regeneration, while you are at rest.
Power napping decreases the stamina regeneration time for rangers by 3 minutes per skill level. It only works while the character state is set to Rest.

Notes
You only need to be in the rest-state just before your stamina regens for power napping to take effect. For example:With Power Napping 2 when staying at rest for 53 min until the stamina regen timer is at ⏰1min. Then going on a quest, your stamina regen timer will jump back to ⏰7min and you will lose/reduce the power napping effect depending on the duration of your quest.
