The skill Work To Standards is a skill for blacksmiths and is available upon level 20.

Description
By mastering every technique known to mankind, you have created your own blueprints that allow you to save some materials.
Effect
Advancing this skill increases the chance and the amount of materials saved while crafting. This applys also for crafting gear in the blacksmith' shop. The ressources that are saved are given to the player that gave the job request to the blacksmith. Recipes or parts can be saved too.
