The skill Hawkeye is a skill for rangers and is available upon level 20. It grants the ability to wound enemies.

In-game description: Your arrow pierced your enemy to the ground. It makes it really hard for him to participate in the battle.
Effect
In-game effect description: Advancing this skill increases the chance to wound an enemy.

Hawkeye does not seem to have any kind of observable effect, since getting hit by even multiple arrows does not have any impact whatsoever on stats or loot in battle. The skills effect - if it exists at all - is probably only internal to the game and has no clearly visible consequence.
