On July 1st, 2018, all guild leaders of a level 5 or higher guild, received an invitation to the "Hall of Elders" group in telegram and can now be elders as part of the task to get Elder's Recommendation of other guilds, needed to level up a guild to l5.
In addition, a new hidden update for guild glory was added. Guild will now lose glory for any guild members who leave or get kicked. Currently, there is no known information for the number of glory lost for the respective action.
