Elders are guild leaders of level 5+ guilds. They can be chosen randomly for the Elder's Recommendation task for L4 guilds.
The process of giving the recommendation
From the technical point of view, the elder has to write to the game bot
/questprocess TAG
with TAG as the chosen guild tag of the L4 guild. Then the guild can start collecting the earlooms. A simple
/questcheck TAG
shows the state of the guild's progress. Once the requirements are fullfilled, another
/questprocess TAG
will finish the quest and the guild gets the recommendation.
As the quest is bound to the elder processing it, the elder can choose riddles or fun tasks in addition to the ingame requirements. The elder can choose to process only when those are done, too.
