Notes
You only need to be in the rest-state just before your stamina regens for power napping to take effect. For example: With Power Napping 2 when staying at rest for 53 min until the stamina regen timer is at 1min. Then going on a quest, your stamina regen timer will jump back to 7min. Every minute that your stamina would have regenerated without going to the quest will thus be lost, the skill will only work again after coming back.
Ever since the random encounter update in quests you can reset easily back to rest state in case you accidentally pressed Defend or Attack by simply sending the bot a fake/invalid fight link, eg: /fight_abc
. The bot will answer with "[invalid action]
" but will reset back to the rest state.
