Reinforcement is a process for any type of enchantable gear, improving it for +1 
with a 100% success rate in a Blacksmith Shop. It was added with the April 2nd, 2019 game update.
Effect
A reinforced item has the same properties that a +1 more enchanted item has. It basically equals to the enchantment with scrolls.
