Rare Scroll of Peace (Green) is a scroll that is used to enchant Tier 2 equipment of the type protective gear as well as all Tier 2 shields.
Effect
This scroll is used to enchant items of the Tier 2 quality. Enchanting an item with Rare Scroll of Peace (Green) gives the item +1 
and the 
level increases +1. Enchanting for more than +3 with this scroll will not destroy the item at a failure in the process but only all previously applied enchantments. If the enchantment is succesful, the enchantment level increases normally.
