The skill Off-Hand Mastery is an advanced skill for collectors and unlocks at level 50. It gives bonus attack when equipping daggers and bonus defense when equipping shields.

In-game description: Only those, who use both hands achieve excellence both on the battlefield and in personal life.
Effect
In-game effect description: Advancing this skill increases effectiveness of the item in your secondary hand.
Each level in OHM gives either 3 
when a Dagger is equipped or 3 
when a Shield is equipped.
