The skill Harvest is a skill for all alchemists and is available upon level 20. This skill can be increased temporarily by using Vial of Nature,Potion of Nature and Bottle of Nature. This makes finding herbs available for non-Alchemist classes.

Effect
Advancing this skill increases chance and amount of herbs found in quests.
