In-game effect description: Advancing this skill increases the daily limit for bonus experience you gain from the quests.
Perceptive Seeker increases the experience from quests (excluding foray) by a flat amount based on skill level once per day.

The daily limit resets at the same time arena fights reset, 8:15am GMT+0.
Trivia
Increasing the skill level of Perceptive Seeker resets the daily limit partly (or increases it) which enables one more quest to be affected by its bonus. This also proves that all experience enhancing skills have a shared daily limit, because after leveling the skill every of those skills (for example Enlightened Warrior boost) can also give a boost again.
