Notes

The exact increase in experience is not known, but it seems to be around twice the usual amount, regardless of skill level. Presumably the skill level only affects the size of the daily bonus experience pool. The skill usually triggers twice per day if no other skill boost (like Enlightened Warrior) is used in between (in lower levels three times has been reported). The daily limit resets at the same time arena fights reset, 8:15am GMT+0.

Trivia

Increasing the skill level of Perceptive Seeker resets the daily limit partly (or increases it) which enables one more quest to be affected by its bonus. This also proves that all experience enhancing skills have a shared daily limit, because after leveling the skill every of those skills (for example Enlightened Warrior boost) can also give a boost again.
