Stamina is one of the player's attributes. It is marked with the symbol . Stamina is used to go for different single player adventurous quests: Forest, Swamp and Valley. The quest type Foray uses stamina, also.

Uses of stamina
Forest
The quest Forest requires 1 Stamina to start.
Swamp
The quest Swamp requires 1 Stamina to start. This quest unlocks when reaching level 20.
Valley
The quest Valley requires 1 Stamina to start. This quest unlocks when reaching level 20.
Foray
Going on a foray requires 2 Stamina to start.
Amount of stamina
When joining the game, every player has a maximum of 5 . Every hour, 1 regenerates naturally and can be spend to go on quests again. The maximum stamina level can be increased when sending the promo code (accessed with /promo
at the bot) to other telegram users. When these users join the game and reach level 3, the sender's maximum stamina increases for +1 . This has no influence on the regeneration rate of stamina, though. The increase of stamina with this method generates one single time the bonus of +1 , after that, only the reservoir of stamina is bigger.

Sentinel | Enduring Shieldbearer | Chance to regenerate 1 for participating as defender at Battle of the Seven Castles |
Ranger | Power Napping | Decreases the stamina regeneration time by 3 minutes per skill level. It only works while the character state is set to Rest. |
